MY REAL WORLD EXPERIENCE DEFINED!
- 30+ years working in various businesses in roles that covered pure accounting to vice-presidential positions encompassing Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll as well as general company processes and issues.
- 20 years as a functional implementation specialist (Not technical!) for a well- known Human Resources Management application. Although my primary focus was usually Payroll, Time Keeping and General Ledger Interface, depending on the project, I was also qualified to fill the same role with Benefits and Human Resources.
- My function involved working closely with the client on training on the efficient use of the new system as well as implementing new business processes as necessary.
- My position also entailed interfacing closely with the technical development team on system modifications.
- For a number of years, I held the position of either Treasurer or President of our Home Owners Association.
- I also volunteered for several years as Treasurer for a Charitable Organization as well as for a Service Organization.
- I have also worked with smaller start-up companies from creating chart of accounts to implementing whole accounting systems.

Ms. R and I have worked with each other on various projects for the over 20 years as we both were functional implementation experts.
